Does the water inlet fit on both right or left

There is only one water inlet below the knobs. The Bidet could be mounted only in the way as shown in picture. I found this item very useful and using it since past 6 months. I highly recommend this Bidit.

What is the water pressure required for use of this Bidet

My building is of 7 floors and my flat is on 6th floor and this is working fine.
