Disappointed
I had high hopes for these since you could actually fold the cover back nearly flat to the scope but like the regular and flex fit caps they do not fit well. They are either too tight and won't stay closed or too lose and just slip off/around.This is the main reason I buy Leupold optics almost exclusively due to their awesome alumina series flip covers.

Awkward to use!
Sure thought this was going to be the same style I've used before. I don't know what "tactical" has to do with the design, but it's awkward and time consuming to use in practice. The one-piece connector for the flip up cover is solid rubber and the cover itself has to be seated into the other part. I will be ordering the old style I'm used to that has a hinge-opening cover.
