I'm the guy who is willing to fork over the extra dough for the raw almond button with only 1 ingredient (nuts!)True California delivers on quality almonds. They are a little on the dry side, which is unavoidable for a packaged almond like this, but the flavor is great and I love cooking with them. You can store them in the fridge to keep them fresh, and sprout them (just add water and let sit over night) if you want them to moisten up. I will continue to grab these nuts any time I am in need. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality Product! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2020* This product is so fresh and excellent quality, but is a little expensive. I can find the same quality in the local grocery store for less money. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Expired a year ago!!!! *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2021* If I could give this 0 stars I would. The package arrived looking like it had been sitting around somewhere forever. I checked the expiration date, and it said best by December of 2020!!!!I have a tree nut allergy, but have been tested to be okay to eat almonds. I chose these because they were not cross contaminated with any other tree nuts. Their return policy is they don’t take returns. I understand that on food, but at least be willing to make it right! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/98466115-true-california-organic-nonpareil-almonds-8-oz-raw-shelled-no](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/98466115-true-california-organic-nonpareil-almonds-8-oz-raw-shelled-no) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
