Top Bar Hive

Thought I reviewed this product, but Amazon is prompting me to do it so maybe not. This is an extremely well made hive and I plan on buying another one. One thing to consider is that the company that makes these has one available with a screened bottom but you must go to their web site to get it. I prefer that over the one on Amazon that for some reason has a solid wood bottom. The screened bottom allows you to check for mites and other things by placing some sticky paper on the board that slides under the screen. The lttle vermin will fall through the screen and be trapped on the fly paper. I hope to see this model on Amazon at some point.Update: Unfortunately this company seems to have gone out of business
