These foot pads are amazing. I have more energy and wake up easily. What is most interesting to me is how it has helped with my digestive issues. I feel cleaner overall and will continue to use. The foot pads stay on well all night too. The adhesives are just a bit too sticky but the effects are totally worth it!

I started using these because my Mom told me they work great for her pain relief at work. She sits at a desk all day and she said these help alleviate the pain a bit. I started using them because I also have lower back pain. But what I found even more interesting is how calm I seem to be now since using these. I read that they helped with stress relief too but I gotta say, my mood has improved tremendously since I've started using these pads. Definitely going to be a monthly purchase for me.

Spent 10 minutes trying the corners, then the top of the patch to remove the extremely thin film covering the adhesive part. Couldn’t get it off. Tried a 2nd patch same issue. Poor design & so frustrating! Waste of time & money.

I was a bit skeptical as to how these would work and if they would bother me, but I barely felt them nor did they disrupt my sleep, and taking them off in the morning was easy. Plus it was kinda of gross and interesting to see all the gunk / toxins it pulled out! The smell was pleasant-it kind of reminded me of a sauna although once I laid down I couldn’t smell it anymore. I was happy to read that the ingredients were all natural as well. I’ll probably space out my use over every few days instead of everyday but I highly recommend for cleansing and purifying.

These are easy to use and in the morning the pad looks like it's removed toxins. I know that I sleep well the nights I use them.
