This is my second order so decided to try this Cajun version. It doesn’t disappoint, taste is wonderful. No need to add additional spices in my opinion. I primarily use when I air fry chicken wings. The texture is nice and crunchy. The key I believe is to make sure the wings are patted dry before dipping in your egg wash. I’ve ordered two others

This is a great alternative to flour! I had purchased it before and it always has a nice flavor! Excellent on chicken.

Love to use for making low carb fried chicken. The chicken comes out great. Will be trying other recipes soon.

I didn't have very high expectations. In fact it sat on my shelf for a month, before I was willing to waste a chicken breast on it. Pounded it out, egg wash, and then a good coating of this crumb. Cooked in pan with butter and olive oil at 325 degrees for a few minutes on each side, then into a 325 degree oven for 18 minutes to finish. Took it out and was shocked at how good it was. It doesn't have the crunch of a flour coating, but is close enough for Keto. Good flavor and texture. Looks like chicken fried chicken and other floured foods are back on the menu. Plan to experiment with adding other keto friendly ingredients to see if I can improve it even more. Recommended for those on Keto.

So very tasty! But should be a bit bigger for the price. I estimate it’ll last me about a month. But will buy again! Spicy Cajun was delicious. A bit of a heat kick to it. Used on thin chicken breast & cooked in air fryer. I bet it would be delicious with fish/tilapia! Only thing I’d criticize is in photo it says spicy Cajun. But what I received said Spicy Cajun style. I would wonder if it’s fake if I hadn't received it directly from Pork King Amazon page!

I *could* blend up my own pork rinds, but I never will. Who wants to do that? These pork rind crumbs are fresh and convenient. I love the Cajun flavor on chicken tenders- coat the tenders, put them in the air fryer and it tastes just like fried chicken! I’m sold.

...the best used by date was 10 days before I received it. The package was otherwise intact, so I kept the product. At least that was better than the 2 months past date I found in the local store. It did make tasty meatballs.

So far I've used on pork chops and fish in air fryer and it's delicious ,easy to spoon out what you need . Clings to meat really well with and egg dip and is very crispy from air fryer the taste is so delicious and keto friendly.
