Tuno Lemon Pepper - Meatless Tuna, 5 oz Cans (6 Pack)

Delicious and simple plant based recipes! Untuna tastes more like I recall tuna from long ago, but this is trump is great even if not as similar in texture.

This satisfies my taste and need for texture. Doubled my order so would not be without.

Must thoroughly drain can. Strong lemon flavor. Healthy, nutritious and good substitute for tuna. I use mostly in pasta and vegetable salads but makes a good sandwich if you add spices, celery, shred carrot, diced peeled cucumbers, sweet relish, pickles (especially B&B or kosher dill), olives, water chestnuts diced, fresh parsley, dill, chopped tomato minus juice and seeds, or any of your favorite add-ins with the dressing. A wonderful choice to save the Dolphins and other marine mammals and sea turtles and wasteful big business "fishing."

Very satisfied with this vegan food product. It was surprisingly tasty. I would definitely buy it again.

We’d been (happily) buying this tuno for a few years. This “new” tuno (“new flavor/new texture”) has at least twice the amount of oil and half the amount of (veggie) meat. How creative — to decrease product amount and call it “improved.” I needed to drain 2 of the cans that could be opened and chop it up to make the same number of decent sandwiches. Maybe they could sell optional textures? Although some might like this, I bought if for its previous product. Also, 8 of the 12 cans are severely dented and we can’t return? I’m very unhappy and will not buy this product anymore.

I have tried other seafood alternatives such as Sophies and compared to that, this is hands down the best I have ever tried! The lemon was surprisingly fresh, and the texture was great! They have even gone as far as adding omega 3s! You get all of the benefits from Tuno that you would get from actual tuna. I can't wait to try the other flavors! Please note: I am not vegan but I know that there are extreme strains on the oceans with the current fishing industry. I am all for protecting the environment for future generations! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is looking for a healthy alternative or simply diving into plant based foods!

Still haven't figured out how to use this in a dish without it ruining my life. Taste is horrendous.
