I ordered this due to my desperation with my original motor quitting 5 days before the snow storm and a that just clobbered east coast. The original started working again, so this will be my stand-by. UPDATE: 10.12.2016 Original Motor gave up the ghost last night on my primary auger in my englander stove (about 4.5 years) . I pulled this one off the shelf and had it installed in about 30 minutes. At first it didn't function in the stove. so i pulled it out and plugged it directly to AC on my workbench. It started to spin, so i took it back upstairs and re-installed on stove and it worked as expected. It does seem to be slightly noisier than the original.. Stove ran all night with no issues.
