Is this pen retractable?

Not retractable but it is the best pen I have ever used, no ink globs yet and I have gone through two packs so far. The pen has a removable cap with an atypical clasp.

Is the pen with the label "umr-1" and the pen with the label "um-151" the exact same pen?

The pens I purchased carry both labels on them. I am not aware of pens with just one of those two label references.

Is this fake? Because I have the original one from a japanese store it doesnt have the chinese symbol on the cap.

Not sure what you mean by "fake". I've purchased and repurchased these wonderful pens through Amazon and this dealer, no problems. Mine show Japanese symbols on the pen shaft, not the cap.
