I had been taking this brand of Taurine for a while and have the blood results that show it was doing the right things to my cholesterol numbers. <- that's not a medical recommendation, but an affirmation that the product has a quality amount of taurine in it. I was happy to find it at a discounted rate here on Amazon.

I have taken Taurine for several years. I think Life Extension does a great job with their products. I do recommend Taurine.
