A friend loaned me theirs to try on my neck and shoulder blade area. I’ve also used it while sitting in my recliner for my low back area as well. It helps so much that I do it on a regular basis now to keep loosened up. I’m going to order another one for my spa room to use on my clients when doing facials to help release the tight fascia in their necks.

Good shape, but as a terrible "industrial" smell to it (like the building materials aisle of a hardware store). Smell remains even after leaving it in the sun for several days, etc.

It takes a minute to get this pillow in just the right spot. It does require a hard surface to get benefit. I imagine it would work best for someone with a average to heavier head. This neck trigger point pillow isn't necessarily a magical fix for my neck tightness, but it does help. It's softer than what I had expected and seems to have gotten a little softer over a month of use (about 4x per week for 5-10 mins each use). I would estimate that I can get another 4-5 months of use (at my current rate) and still reap some benefit before it might get too soft. I would buy it again for $26, but it's also just one of many things I've purchased (and will be purchasing) for my back/neck.

I have chronic migraines that can last anywhere from one to five days. I've tried almost everything to deal with the pain and this pillow is absolutely one of the best solutions I've found so far.It's not designed for comfort, but it hits all the exact pressure points to release built up tension in my shoulders, neck, and base of my head. This pillow has worked wonders for me! 10/10 recommend this product!!

This was too large and cumbersome. Entirely too hard

I like the stability but too hard to rest or sleep on it.

I have every form of pathology in my neck, can get chronic headaches and this thing really works. When you have Kyphosis, (backward curve of the neck) you have pressure on nerves and hard to manage. This piece really pulls your neck into its proper curve. I only use it for my headaches and get pretty immediate relief. I will start using it regularly to attempt to regain the proper curve. All the other gimmicks don't work. This is a common sense logical approach. From the biggest skeptic ever. Thank You

This thing can really do the trick. According to my chiropractor, I hunch over when I’m working (at my office desk most of the day). This creates a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. As I try to adjust it, I need relief for day to day activities. This pillow can help take the pressure off. I won’t say it’s as good as a neck traction unit (helps get the bend/arch in your neck) but it can be nice to lean on when I’m in bed watching something on tv.Gives support and pressure where you need it most.Surprised at the effectiveness. This combined with icing, or a neck traction routine relieves all sorts of pain
