Very easy to use, reliable product!! I use it regularly to make Colloidal Silver at home. Awesome kit, easy to use!

Works great! Already made 2 quarts! Super easy! Hoping to eliminate bromine/chlorine from my spa. This company has great customer service. Batteries had died in the meter and I emailed them, they responded right away. It was an easy fix and no problem. They offered a discount for my trouble! Thanks ChrisColloidal!

I was having issues at first but after emailing back and forth with Chris I am giving it another try. It is a little different than the way I was taught. I will follow up after trying his suggestions.

Love this kit! It comes with everything but a jar and distilled water! I make a quart every three days with this kit. I saved my cats eye by making collodial silver with this! I love that you can plug it in or use batteries and that everything is stored in the zippered pouch so I do not lose parts. It comes with a water tester which is neat but I havent used it and also a laser which I dont understand the need for but it is there is you know.

I wanted to take a few minutes to talk about the customer service of this company and of Chris. I bought a generator in early 2020 but by the time I went to use it I had forgotten everything I’d learned about making Colloidal Silver (CS)I reached out to Chris who promptly got back to me and kindly answered my questions - some of which I am CERTAIN were CS 101 or CS for Dummies questions but he didn’t blink. Chris answered ALL my questions and cheered me on and also assured me I could reach out anytime if I needed more help. I knew he meant it. Quite recently after using his CS generator many times I had questions about some of the generator’s parts and again Chris did not disappoint. He answered promptly. Explaining what probably had gone wrong (my fault completely by the way) and helped me to get my generator back up and working as good as new.That’s so impressive to me because we are not talking about a $10,000 generator, but a simple, cost effective way to make your own CS. If you’re on the fence which company to go with…..wonder no more. This is the only place to buy where you get good old fashioned customer service and incredible support as well as an excellent product at an excellent and very competitive price. The generator works great, but my water test a lot stronger than I remember, so I’m switching those silver rods for different ones, I’m not sure if they are pure silver

I was initially a little apprehensive at the thought of making this collateral silver in my own home versus purchasing it… The directions were great and it was very easy to do. Highly recommend.!
