With a lot of deliberation I decided to invest in this product as I had severe hair loss at the front of the scalp.I took a picture of the scalp before using it as reference. Just after a month of using it to the specified instructions, I can already see a considerable improvement and hope hair growth will restore to its original level after 16 weeks as stated. Hair loss is almost nil and there is a good coverage at the front. But I still cannot say anything about the thickness of the hair strands.All in all I am very pleased about the product and hope it will give me a long service as indicated.

This is sensational. My father previously had the original version which retailed for $870 or so in USA when it was released. The new version is larger, wireless and long lasting battery and more stylish. The functionality however has NOT changed. This is practical takes 3 10 min treatments a week to stay on top and within 3 months of using it you will see and feel the permanent difference!! It is also approved by the American medical association therefore isn't going to detrimentally affect your health either!!!

Just started with it, so I can't give it a full review (will update). However, I already have some opinions meaning I can't give it 5 stars.It was packaged wastefully (a box, in a box, in a box, with single-use plastic packaging where it wasn't needed).The manual that came with the device also says "For [pretty much everything you need to know] access the full user manual by scanning the QR code located on the back panel". This is a major accessibility problem. A full copy of the manual should have been included with the device. Aside from the fact that many people would get confused trying to find and scan the QR code (there is no QR code on the "back panel" of the device), hosting your manual on a website means if the website goes down, your users are sat without a manual.This concept is called 'link rot' and has been known to affect the Internet for decades, so shouldn't have been a surprise to your designers.The device also beeps and vibrates every 4 seconds. It being near one's head during use means this is loud and annoying (each beep lasts 1 second). The (paper) manual doesn't explain how to turn off the beeping, but I figured it out myself: after it's turned on, once it starts beeping, try pressing the top button (with the laser flash icon).The good:- it does emit what it claims (a smartphone camera reveals the true brightness, since the laser looks far dimmer to the naked eye than it is) and the eye strain tells me there was light my eyes couldn't adjust to (after looking at where it was shining on a wall, not directly). Presumably the safety warning for that is behind the mystery QR code. Alas.- The product description photos show a stand charger with no USB-C, but there is now USB-C built into the stand. The device itself still only has a normal DC port, but I think this is okay given the provided cable is USB-A at the other end.Ah, I found the QR code on the last page of the manual - not a back panel of anything. Maybe a mistranslation.

I waited a few months to leave my comments after a reasonable time using it (you’re supposed to notice changes after 6 weeks). I’ve been using this since December 2019 (+12 weeks) and I haven’t noticed any changes in hair growth or loss and I followed all the instructions thoroughly.I don’t know if it’s just me, but I even took pictures week after week and I didn’t see any progress. Maybe it helped a little with grease control, but I’m not totally sure, as it could have been other hair products and routines I started.

Not really working, I've been using it for 6 months now and is not making any change...

As I am letting my hair grow during Covid, I felt it wasn't as thick in the crown, and the part line was a little thick. I used to fuss with it constantly to make it look 'right'. After every shower, about 10-20 hairs visible on tub.Within 2-3 months, I have noticed a very visible difference in the back of my head - no need to fuss or comb it. My part line is visibly thinner. After a shower, I notice maybe 2-5 hairs visible on tub. I am DELIGHTED with this product. I have already recommended it to all my middle-aged friends ;)

I am 28 years old and have had hair loss my entire life, but it was never noticeable. I became concerned two years ago when I began to lose more hair and noticed white spots on my scalp. So the first thing I did was switch up my haircare routine. I got rid of the majority of the chemicals I was using. I began dyeing my hair with henna instead of chemical coloring products after purchasing new, more natural (paraben and silicone-free) shampoo and conditioner. I noticed some, but not significant, improvement. So, after a few months, I decided to try Vegamour (a specific liquid product for hair loss). A few months into the treatment, I noticed new hair growing in the areas where I used the products, but I stopped using it since, let's admit it, it's expensive. A few months later, I started losing my hair again. I was particularly annoyed by the white spots and the fact that my hair was not the length I desired. Because my hair is dark, it is easy to see gray hair sprouting out of the roots a few weeks after coloring. The reason was that I was losing hair and the rest was splitting. This laser was recommended to me by a friend, and I was skeptical; first, because it is expensive (then I thought about it, and it would become the most affordable option if the other option was to buy the little Vegamour bottles every two months); second, I thought this was another laser scam (but I used laser to eliminate hair on my body, so why not try to reverse the process in my head?). What happened? I can see A LOT of new little hairs growing five months into the procedure (the time that the product manufacturer suggests to notice the results). I no longer have white spots and decided to write this review since today, while collecting hair in the shower as I typically do, I saw a visible decrease in the quantity of hair falling out. Look, you have to be consistent; do the treatment 3-4 times each week, for 11 minutes each time. The results will not be obvious in the first few months, but they will be visible in the fourth or fifth month. I HAVE HAIR GROWING ON MY FOREHEAD?! It's worth it; you can do it while watching TV, reading, etc. it's not complicated, just a little annoying.

The product itself looks ok with no defects. However, looking at the inside box, the comb carton is torn as if the product was refurbished and surely opened.
