Nikon 50 mm / F 1.8 NIKKOR Z S Lens

I LOVE this lens. Nice and light, and the aperture wide open is STUNNING. Have used predominantly for sports photography as I can get a fast shutter speed with this. Love it!

This little beauty has gained quite a reputation and so far it hasn’t let me down. The Z series lens ( my opinion ) seem to be that much sharper and very much lighter . The quality is here and this produces tack sharp images . Well the photographer has an input but you get my drift . Hassle free delivery and actually cheaper on here !

ziehe eine Punkt ab ist zwar sehr gut . würde mich aber über einen Bildstabilisator freuen verwende es auf Nikon Z 50 bei wenig Licht würde er hilfreich sein

This is an excellent lens and a must-have for Nikon Z-series camera users. The image quality is outstanding, with incredibly sharp details and beautiful color rendition. This lens exceeds expectations for a “nifty fifty.” Images are tack-sharp even wide open at f/1.8, with impressive detail that extends all the way to the corners of the frame — sharpness is particularly impressive not just centrally, but across the whole image field, from the center out to the edges and corners. Background blur is gorgeous and creamy, and the resolution is outstanding both because of the high level across the whole image frame and its uniformity across the aperture range. Build quality is excellent too — the lens mount is metal with locking ears for a very secure attachment without any wobble, and it’s weather-sealed against dust and moisture. It’s a bit larger than older 50mm f/1.8 lenses, but the tradeoff is worth it for the optical performance. Chromatic aberration and distortion are both very well controlled, and the autofocus is fast and quiet. Overall, this is a fantastic everyday lens for portraits, street, and travel photography. Highly recommend for any Nikon Z shooter!
