Great garnishment for field or black eyed peas.
This product is awesome! It is a very good addition to top field or black eyed peas. Add a little chopped onion and you are set for a real treat.

Pricey and Worth it!
Yes pricey BUT if you bought all of the ingredients AND did the work, it would put the price into perspective. Makes incredibly delicious Redneck Caviar Dip or Cowboy Caviar, its other name, and everyone has loved it using this sweet relish. I ordered my second order which arrives soon. Better pricey and delicious than cheap and so so in taste.

A bit too sweet
This relish is delicious, warm or cold, on any sausage, including frankfurters. Also served warm on or with pork roast. It probably will work with any food that goes with red peppers. However, it could do with less sugar as the red peppers and onions should be almost sweet enough. As a diabetic, I am forced to be conscious of sugar, so my review may reflect that. Although I don't think so.

Add This to Your Wrap or Sandwich!
I add this to hummus wraps and it makes all the difference. I first experienced this type of relish at a restaurant in Sedona and looked everywhere to find it.
