I ordered the XXL and it fit as expected. I am 5'6" and 175lbs and heavy in the thighs and backside. It's too big in the waist, but that is common for me because I'm "bottom-heavy". This product did cause me to sweat, which I don't normally do. I was hoping to wear it under my clothes more, but it is noisy when walking. The shorts are made well and work properly. Great for workout.

I’m a size 4 and I ordered the small. They were well fitted. If you’re worried about waist size go one size up but I thought it kept my tummy tucked in and felt comfortable when I ate. It made me eat less. I wore it to run and felt good. Went into a freezing room and they doubled up to keep me warm. Overall I really like the pants. Also the green line in the middle of the pants is visible so just make sure you’re comfortable with that from the pictures before buying. I really liked the way they felt fitted on me and how comfortable they were! I would purchase again.

Just put them on and they fit pretty good. I got a xxx large and I am 240 lbs 5'3". The back slides down when sitting bit that is cuz I'm just a bit too big for them. They feel good on hips and thighs. I'm short so they go to the middle of my knees. Can't wait to do a workout in them! WOW... Did I really just say that! Lol. Hoping to be many pounds less soon!

I was very surprised how comfortable they were, and you do see the sauna effect when you take them off.I used the pants when I was on my bike and I was very pleased with them, and I also wear them under my dress just for shorts and it was comfortable. The fabric is soft,I recommend this product.

I purchased my neoprene capris about a week ago from Amazon. I’ve purchased neoprene capris from other sellers only to have them damaged after my rigorous workout. I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality and durability of this product. I workout seven days a week and there is not one hole or loose stitch. It’s helps me produce more sweat getting me closer to my fitness goal. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to burn a few extra inches.

These shorts are a great investment for somebody trying to trim up their thigh region. They are true to size, I am an Size 6/8 and the medium fit great! They are also thick enough that they do not so undergarment lines. They have a high waist which also allowed me to target my stomach region as well(that was a bonus for me as I was just purchasing them for the thigh region). They are extremely effective, the first two days I wore these short, the temp was 94degrees and I thought they would be uncomfortable, but they where not and when I took them off the sweat was visible on the shorts and my skin which was the true indication of how well they WORKED!! Thanks!!!

After reading the reviews and some people recommended that these are not true to size I decided to size up and sure enough you should. I usually wear a 2xl and I got the 3xl. They fit perfect. Tight enough to make you sweat and loose enough to be comfortable. You do sweat in these. I had to run them thru the washing machine a few times before wearing them as they have a silicone neoprene awful smell to them. Even after washing them for 3 times they still have the smell. I'm hoping as time goes and after wearing and sweating in them the smell will eventually go away.

Great material. I wore it under my pants and is quite comfortable. Not too tight stitching is great...this will last for a while, because of the quality of the material and hand work. It has the normal factory smell, I am not too bothered by it after a wash it was fine and I wore it. It really keeps my legs warm...great for winter sports..and keeps the body warm. Sweat in the legs yes..and waist line not yet. Overall I like it. Great design and great quality. I will definitely get a couple more for traveling light.
