Works as advertised! This is my first fitness watch tracker so I didn't know what to expect but the reviews looked good and the price seemed right. Took me a while to figure out you just pull the wrist bands off with a little force and to charge the unit simply flip it over to see where the metal connectors are and that is what you plug into a USB. Didn't work on my computer but did charge on my phone charger. At first i just wanted to replace my watch since all of mine have dead batteries sitting in a drawer. I got to thinking I should just get a rechargeable watch and why not add on all the extras such as keeping track of steps, calories, heart rate, etc. I downloaded the veryfitpro app and its very easy to use. I have an older Samsung smart phone so i was worried it may not work. I love it and have worn it daily for three days and it still has its full charge. Only reason I took off one star is the display is dim outside. The app allows you to change dial settings and i chose the one with the largest text. Able to read just fine indoors but its impossible to read in direct sun light. Contacted this seller who was responded quickly that the display unfortunately can not be brightened. As a first time tracker I am pleased and will upgrade to a better display for more money at some point but I'm in no hurry.

Great entry level product... I have three of these, bought one for my mom and dad each and I also have one. Disappointed I cannot get the software on my iPad, but it works ok on Android. Any limitations product has is with the software that you sync it with on your phone. If I travel to a different time zone, usually the software freaks out and I've had to do completely uninstall and reinstall in my phone. No obvious way to back up your information, so when it's lost it is lost.My daughter has a true fit bit and hers doesn't have this issue...BUT... the wrist band is comfortable and not tooooooo big and bulky on my wrist. I can read the time without my glasses on pretty easy.True problems with this product is all with the app software that goes on your phone... it truly has limits as I believe anything you THINK you can get off iTunes app store, is all in Korean (???) And an English version not available.

Bought as a gift it my girlfriend. It took us a little bit to figure out the app and how to sync the item but once we did she loved it. The item holds a charge for almost 2 weeks and she loves the message notifications. This item does the job without paying a lot of money.

I love this little tracker; it does everything I need. The sleep function is surprisingly accurate: the time I go to sleep and the time I get up are right on and the awake time seems to correspond with whether or not I had a sleepless night. It has most of the functions of the more expensive brands so for the price it is a real deal, (and it has that extra band!) The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that I have had a few charging issues: it doesn't fit into every usb port and I have to use a usb extender on my home computer because those slots are too loose. Also the little charging protrusion seems fragile and I worry about breaking it. But so far so good and with usb ports everywhere I can always find one that will work, even at the poker table. (Love the winking, smiling battery icon when fully charged!) So maybe 4.5 stars!

I love my new tracker! It does everything Fitbit does and much less expensive! Great investment and I also bought my daughter ine and she loves it as much as I do!

I love it l just got it today i just wish it came with a charger, l have a bike and for my heart and l love that it has a watch on it and it also checks your sleep l will check back in a few weeks and see if l am still in love with it. And l love the price.

Tracker worked fine. It is the app/website that is the issue. After working and syncing fine for a week, the app kept glitching and would shut down when attempting to access it. Repeated attempts to uninstall and reinstall resulted in the tracker not being able to sync with the app. Thank goodness Amazon refunded my money in full.
