Very disappointed. It worked off and on for a month, and now is basically a soap- filled paper weight on my counter. I have tried making sure it’s completely full, changing the batteries (which would not be great anyway considering the batteries had only been used for 1 month), moving my hand to varying degrees of distance from the sensor, even turning the ceiling lights up brighter in case it was too dim in the room. I’m just past the return window now, which is extremely frustrating as well. Zero stars if that option was available.

So disappointed. This is very attractive and looked great in my kitchen, however, both the original and it's replacement failed within 30 days. Glad to be able to deal with Amazon for returns. Soap just stopped dispensing, though the pump sounded like it was running well. I think the dispensing tube clogged. The soap stream is thin and runs too long with no way to adjust, but I would have been happy to keep if it continued to work. Back to my old standard Simple Human which is not as attractive but lasts at least a year.

Bought for use in the kitchen to replace another automatic dispenser. Very responsive sensor, far superior to what I had before. Also seems to keep the soap pressure if you dont use for a few days which was a problem with my retired model. My only critique is that I feel like it pumps out a little bit more soap than needed and wish there were volume options but not a big deal because it does have a huge tank. While you can tell it is plastic up close, the "wood" finish is nice and seems like it will hold up well. Overall very pleased and it works better than the other model i paid more for a few years ago. Recommend buying.

First it was plastic and fake looking. It only pumps the second time you put your hand under. The first time nothing happens. I had to pull away and put it back under. Maybe that’s purposeful to avoid accidents. Annoying as heck. And I never have gotten large enough amounts. Now it stopped working. The blue light doesn’t come on at all. I changed to new batteries. I have had this 12 weeks. I’m disappointed.

No sirve !!!!! Le puse jabón ligero y nunca salió nada y las baterías no se por que motivo se agotaron si ni siquiera lo tuve prendido ( por el echo de que no funciono) . Hise muy mala inversión, no lo devolví por que no tengo tiempo para ir al correo y dejarlo trabajo todo el día así que perdí más que gane 😒😞

Sleek, modern design with a natural wood look that looks good in many kitchen decor (or bathroom). I didn't want to drill holes in the wall so this sits nicely without taking too much room and is decorative and functional. The motion sensor seems to work well and discharges a useful amount of dish soap. I like this one because it seems designed to handle soap only. My previous one, which I also liked, had the issue that it had to be diluted with water and if the ratio was off, it would clog. Just started using this one but doesn't seem to have this issue. And it was easy set-up.

It looks great and works a little too well... too sensitive and large range of detection so if you put it close enough to the sink (as you would like it to be) as soon as you reach the faucet it detects your hand and dispense soap into your sink or arm... mine get clogged a lot but maybe it’s because of the soap I used.

Died after 16 days. Tried changing batteries, didn't make a difference. Dead! The company sent me a replacement and in only lasted a few months. I now have two very expensive non working dispensers!!!
