## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it difficult to get replacement parts?**
A: You can get the tea and coffee microfilters online on the Espro Website but as their website says the Espro presses will rarely break so you will most likely not need to replace anything.

**Q: How can I buy a replacement filter?**
A: I think you get from Espro directly, contact info noted in instructions. But micro filters are metal and should last a very long time with proper cleaning.

**Q: Are all the parts dishwasher safe?**
A: Hi JC,
Thanks for the questions. While our Ultralight is diswasher safe on the top rack, we recommend that you handwash your press to preserve the condition, especially the paint. The filters, also will wear and tear more quickly if placed in a dishwasher.
Thanks,

**Q: Does this have a reusable filter, or is it paper disposable filters?**
A: Hi John,
Thanks for your question. ESPRO's Ultralight comes with our reusable double microfilter for coffee. Paper filters are available for purchase separately to use in conjunction with the existing microfilters, in case you prefer the mouthfeel of a paper filtered coffee. If you have any further questions about the Ultralight Press, feel free to give us a call at 1-844-377-7622, or send us an email at service@espro.com

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for price. Just don't be hard on it and it'll be fine.

Just got it, made a few cups.. This thing will work great while camping or at work. Light weight, thin cup but it is solid, smaller than it seems in picture but makes a coffee mug full. Drink out of cup or pour it in mug. Difficult to push the press down when Both filters are on.. use 1 or Just be patient, push slow, it helps to use the lid to press with both hands while holding cup. Rich delicious cup of coffee, the longer it brews the stronger it gets before press. You can press it, then put on the lid and go, drink any time, No coffee grounds got thru..! Was easy to clean.
