Neutrogena Precision Liquid Eyeliner, Jet Black, 0.013 fl oz

I love this eyeliner! It stays on all day with no smudges, the tip is very thin which is great, easier to draw. I used to purchase the lancome one, which honestly the tip was too thick and it smudged more and was around $50! One drawback is that this one is more on the dry side, but it doesn't bother me that much. In summary: Longetivity - stays all day, smudge proof Dryness - definitely more dry than liquid Texture - kinda dry, but usable Appearance- due to the super fine tip appearance is the best I've ever tried Value for money - amazing, I prefer this to the $50 lancome one

I love this mascara that goes on so nice and thin. Great coverage. Great color, easy to use, not messy, great texture, it doesn’t dry out.

Prior to using this product, I used 24 hr Maybelline jet black eye liner. The Maybelline product would eventually get in my eyes and cause bad headaches. I decided not to apply eye liner anymore until I found this product which contains more natural ingredients than its competitors. I figured I'd give it a try, and it worked well! The water-proof is perfect, however. For example, it smudges on the top lid within 20 mins, but to prevent this, dab a little bit of eye shadow prior to the eye liner application. Additionally, it has a fine precision tip which is a neat/convenient feature. I would recommend this product to those of you who have sensitive eyes and want a cute liner that stays fairly well.

Update: I have now been using this eyeliner for many months and have had many. I had read in reviews that some arrive 'dry' and I have experienced a few that are dry. Usually I tap the closed cap end and open/shut the cap over and over to get product to flow but sometimes it does not work. My last one was this way and I did request a replacement which the company is sending. Original review: This is the almost perfect liner. Completely easy to get a thin line or to create wider with a few strokes and easy to control for me. The only down side is that I have had it for maybe 2 weeks, used it almost daily and it is already seemingly getting toward the end. At first i could do both eyes without putting the brush back into the container for more but after a week, I am having to put it in multiple times to get enough. Darn... and I thought it was perfect! For the price, I feel it should last longer because I was buying a 'pot' of gel liner that lasted for months and months for the same price.

I’ve tried dozens of liquid eyeliner and this one is my default. Stays on pretty well during the day and comes off easily at night without oil or makeup remover.

The color was ok and the ink was a little light (I had to go over it a few times). It went on easy enough. It didn’t seem that waterproof because when I went to fix it, I was able to just do it with a wet with water Q-tip. Make remover wasn’t necessary. I should preface this next part by saying I have extremely hooded eyes. Which is why I wear liquid eyeliner and not pencil. By the end of the night, any part where my eyelid folded back on itself, the eyeliner had mostly rubbed away. It wasn’t terrible, but not my favorite.

My new go to! The tip is firm and precise and very easy to draw my cateye, love it and the price!

I purchased this June 18th and the eyeliner is already falling apart. Sometimes when I apply it on my eyeshadow nothing even comes out. Definitely would not purchase again

No uso maquillaje pero sí bloqueador y es bastante pesado y muy grasoso. Este delineador es una maravilla; sí se mancha un poco al principio pero de verdad, uso mucho bloqueador. Después de eso no se mancha ni se corre y dura TODO el día. Si se te olvida despintarte un día, en la mañana va a seguir idéntico.
