You get the same sweat and detoxifying effects. If you have limited mobility or flexibility you may need some help zipping your self in, but otherwise it is stupid simple to use. Just plug it in, let it heat up, set the timer and then zip yourself in and relax.Yes there will be pools of sweat afterwards, but simply wipe down with a towel and a spritz of water/vinegar mixture and its good to go.Very high quality materials and user friend technology.I am so happy that I decided to give it a try. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective and cost efficient *by A***N on July 21, 2019* I bought this product feeling a bit skeptical and almost silly that I even purchased it. Although I had read the glowing reviews in how well this sauna blanket works I did not think that it would do much. Goodness I was wrong. My tired achy muscles were almost instantly relaxed even before the blanket was completely heating. It was fast and very powerful. Afterwards there was a bucket of sweat. I love this product and am glad that I have added it to my chronic pain relief arsenal. I wish that I had done it sooner! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When you need affordability *by D*** on June 7, 2019* Can’t afford to go to a day spa to use an infrared sauna, so this is the next best thing. Use once a week along with being on Keto. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/97914655-pettyios-sauna-blanket-faster-and-safer-heating-far-infrared-fir](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/97914655-pettyios-sauna-blanket-faster-and-safer-heating-far-infrared-fir) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
