The media could not be loaded. Quality product works perfectly well I bought two for both my terrariums and I’m delighted by them they are well made with good length on all wires. They keep the temperature where I need it to be. Seller packaged them brilliantly and they arrived faster than expected

My unit is accurate and it's great not to have the clicking noise of a regular thermostat. Read the instructions for which way to turn the dial and use only the tool provided.Use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the fuse cap as the material that the cap for the fuse is made of is quite weak (rubber) so put a bit of pressure on the fuse cap too when turning it so the screwdriver doesnt slip and mishape the cap. Don't tighten the fuse cap too much either.Not to be mistaken for the temperature dial which includes a key tool to turn it and it turns easily.

Why is Amazon sending out used/returned items? I paid for a brand new thermostat but as soon as I took it out of the box I could see it had finger print marks and scratches all over it. After installing it, which took ages, it wouldn't turn on so was obviously a return. I then noticed it was set to 32°c when in the instructions manual it says it would be on the minimal setting upon opening. It was also missing the spare fuses it says it should come with. It was obviously returned by a previous customer for not working.My snake has now been without heat for 2 days. I ordered this immediately upon realising my old thermostat wasn't working, it was suppose to come next day but instead came the day after and then arrived broken.Update: Amazon have issued an instant refund. It doesn't fix the issue obviously but it definitely helps not having to return the broken product, so I'm thankful for that.

Reliable, excellent product, as always.

A little expensive but worth every penny for the reliability of the product works super well but does get a little hot sometimes

I would buy again

Does not work properly and the dial only turns to 30 not all the way to 35, had to pay for return very unimpressed as paid full price
