There is a pull tab that is attached very tightly to a squeeze bottle. And mind you I have purchased many sets of these bottles because I love these so much and every single time the same thing happens no matter what way I try to do it when I get the pull tab to finally come off ketchup squirts out all over the place. The first time I didn’t realize it was going to happen and it went all over my clothes at least now I know to face it towards my sink. The same thing happened with the barbecue sauce. So I always end up wasting a good half of a cup of catch-up when I open these bottles. If anybody has a better way by all means please share or Guy gone keto please revise your bottles! Otherwise this is a fabulous product I’m so glad it’s made with Monk fruit and not sucralose or Splenda because it’s so hard to find a good catch-up that I can actually eat! It’s been five years since I’ve had catch up and now I finally can. I've been trying to find a bunch of no/low sugar sauces and tried several brands of Teriyaki and most were terrible. Most had water as a first ingredient (I like flavor), not this one. I also didn't get an aftertaste from this which was great. I really have no respect for these companies that charge as much for some of these zero carb products and have water as their first ingredient.My only complaint would be the packaging really took some getting used to it. When I opened the package sauce went everywhere.
