i bought this as a used set noted 'in very good condition'. It came two days early which is great and the set is in immaculate condition exactly as a brand new set. The case the books came in is also in brand new condition. it looks as though no one ever read these books, the books have not been opened except for the first volume and the only way I know this is there was a very tiny bookmark in one of the earliest pages. I feel like i got a stellar deal at the price and quality and I would definitely buy from this seller again. The seller was Media king. I was so excited to add these books to my learning library as I am teaching kids age 3 to 16 English in Thailand. I read these books when I was in Primary School and always enjoyed the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew mysteries series. They spark the imagination of many of my students now and give them an easily understandable approach to furthering their English skills and expanding their vocabulary. Great discussions follow after each reading. A great set of books for young readers and old teachers alike!

I bought this 10-book set for my granddaughters, ages 11 and 12. Their mother is reading them aloud to them at bedtime. But before I gave the set to them, I "sneaked a peek" into books one, two, and three, just for old times sake. I remember getting these books at the library when I was about ten years old or so and reading them avidly, one after another. As a child, I thought they were all written by one author, but if you research it, you will learn that several authors contributed to the series, which stretched through the years into dozens and dozens of books. This set is nicely packaged. Classic and still a good read!
