Since I don't have anyone nearby to bother during meetings, switching to a speaker was a no-brainer. Crucial Setup Tip: If you want the most consistent performance, plug this directly into your PC or laptop. I initially tried running it through my docking station, but it caused some handshake issues that made the computer bounce back to the internal mic and speakers. Once I bypassed the dock and went straight into the laptop, it worked flawlessly. The Highlights: Audio Quality: The sound is crystal clear, which is exactly what you need for long calls. Reliability: While the Bluetooth works well, I keep it plugged in for maximum consistency during important meetings. Works well for business calls. The audio is crisp for voices. I tend to always ask, “what?” But since this is for business, it does focus on the voices. No setup, plug in via usb a and go. My team has said I sound fine. They don’t hear the little things I’m doing in the background, like chewing or keyboard clicks (it’s right by keyboard). No echo or feedback in the audio. Working as intended. No more wearing a headset! Finally, after 6 years of working from home. It’s small and compact. I think for $100 it works well!

A bit pricey, but a very well-made product. High quality and reliable. The microphone quality itself justifies a good part of the price. The sound is good to others in the conference. And if you are using this for voice dictation, it would actually have a positive impact on the speech recognition accuracy, which means better productivity and justifies the higher price alone. The fact that it works with either Bluetooth or the USB also enhances the usability of this product. The UI is very straightforward and intuitive. Everything is clearly marked and placed on that big circle surrounding the speaker.

Love thos thing. It's a great desktop speaker phone with n pi se cancelation. I have very noisy computer fans and 3d printers in my office. While I'm using this speaker, no one can here any or that noise in the background. I've used USB connection and Bluetooth. They both work great.

Always the best option as speakers but this version don't have the back leg support to put the speaker vertical

Easy to use right out of the box. I plugged the USB cable to my laptop and started the meeting on zoom. Evetone in the meeting heard us clearly and we heard the person talking clearly. Good product. I would buy it again.
