I have been recuperating from a broken dominant wrist. This item is one of a series I have been using to strengthen my hand. Loved the challenge and moving to the next level!!!

A few months ago my husband broke his wrist and once his cast was taken off he went to therapy sessions for his hand. The Digi-Flex exerciser was used to help him gain strength and flexibility in his hand and fingers. Once therapy was completed I bought him one so he could continue this therapy at home. He uses it everyday and it produces good results. The Digi-Flex is good for anyone who wants to strength their fingers for example for shooting so I use it too. I definitely recommend it.
