ABOUT US The idea for ecoMar was born in our London home in late 2017. We have sourced an ethical manufacturer and worked with them to develop reusable products which biodegrade within a handful of years, even if they end up in landfill. Every purchase helps us support a charity which is close to our hearts and mission: the Marine Conservation Society. We are truly grateful for every purchase that helps us donate to ocean clean-ups and develop future products.

Great little reusable cup that doesn’t leave a bad taste!
If you’re going to buy one reusable cup on the market, buy this on! I was really attracted to the idea of the bamboo lid because personally I really don’t like the taste of plastic/silicone lids with my coffee. Then I saw that they give a proportion of the products to a marine conservation charity as well - double win! It’s been really good - no issues with taste and the sleeve is also nice and think so doesn’t get too hot when I’m carrying it to work. I got a second one for my boyfriend too. It’s also worth saying that the box it’s delivered in is nice and study and keeps the cup from getting squashed...(I got a similar one for Christmas last year but the front of the box was open to show off the cup, so it was quite dusty and the box was squished out of shape.) This has a box that covers the cup.

Great product
We got a set of these for the team in the office and they were great. I have used a few in the past but wanted one with a proper lid, and these ones are great. The whole thing is secure and never leaks even when I am fighting my way through a busy tube in the mornings. The heat resistant grip is also great, doesn't fall off and not flimsy. It's great to have a product where you don't have to sacrifice on quality to go with the environmentally friendly option!

Great coffee cups for taking in the garden
We work a lot in garden so I bought these cups thinking they would be great to take outside and they have not disappointed. They do not burn your hands when carrying them, yet keep the coffee piping hot and are great for warming cold hands up on a frosty day. Additionally , because they have a lid it means that whenever our bouncy dog knocks them over nothing is spilt so I can leave my coffee cup wherever I want now! Perfect! Thank you ecoMar. I only hope I don't go and forget where I left my cup in the garden and it grows into real bamboo.

No nasty silicone taste. Decent size. Nice cups
After the Blue Planet thing about plastic and coffee cups, I went out and bought a bamboo cup from a newsagent. Good for the environment, but the silicone lid tainted the taste of the coffee, and it was smaller than a standard cup from Starbucks, so I got less coffee. This one is a lot better. The top is made of bamboo so the coffee tastes of coffee, and the cup is a lot bigger and better made.

I care about the world, do you?
Delighted to report that my bamboo cup arrived a whole day earlier than expected. Not only in time for Xmas but also before my morning coffee! I bought the teal one and have to say I haven't seen a cooler cup around, it couldn't be cooler if it had a frappucino inside. A pleasantly weighty cup of champions.

cracked lid
Product was ok, but lid cracked after limited use over 1st month. Return windows closed and supplier cannot be contacted, poor service. CouId understand if this was cheap but it's an expensive disposable cup!!!

Drinkable warmth
Really good. Although not sold as leakproof, I never had any drips from walking around with it (not put in bag/cycled though), keeps drinks warm, good flow on drinking, cuff avoids burning hands. Minor downside is need for something fine to clean drinking hole. Broke mine by accidentally smashing it against a metal stairwell, was annoyed that none were currently available as I would happily have bought a new one!

I'm in love
I love it. I got it for a present, but I'm thinking about taking one for myself and some other friends of mine. I love the colors, the materials, the concept (eco-friendly, minimalist) and the size. This is what I call a great design. Well done!Ps. For those who need to know it, it looks exactly like the picture (also the color- I got it in blue)
