Bit of a pain
Bit of a pain to find a good fit on the vent and also when your phone is not in it you will hear it rattlling.

Excellent as long as I take my phone out of its case
I thought this would be the case when I bought the holder, so I don't mark it down for this, but this holder does not work with phones in the folio style cases which I prefer. This is not a major issue however since I just pop my phone out of its case when I want to use the holder.I love the mechanism which uses the phones own weight to hold it in place. The side arms are pulled inwards when the phone presses down on the bottom holder. Neat and simple and does the job perfectly. I will say that my phone is not held 100% still, but it isn't going anywhere and it's so easy to take it in and out of the holder.Overall this is the best phone holder I've had so far, and I've had a few.

It actually works
This is the 4th carphone holder I've tried. Previous attempts with various clamping and magnetic devices have all hit problems. The clamps have lost their springyness, or failed to attach to the car properly. The magnetic type have messed up the compass on my phone (and consequently the apps that use it).But this one is different - it actully works and works well! The clamps that attach it to the air vent on my car are strong (I think they have a metal core) and grip without slipping off and the the cradle holds the phone exactly where I want it, without drooping or falling off altogether! All in all a great little device - good value for money and highly recommended.

Keeps falling off vent!
I was very happy when I saw it as looks very good and is quality. However I’ve had it on the vent for a few days, and the two grips have lost there grip power so the holder keeps falling off when I put the phone in. Been very delicate with it but the thin metal in the holder must have snapped somehow. Not very happy

WRONG SIZE ADVERTISED
The advert states 4 - 7 inch screens..... I have a note 20 ultra, so this is why I chose this product. It ONLY JUST fits in, but I'm guessing with the box stating max 6" I may have issues. Only came late on so I've not had time to see just yet, so don't know if its going to bmbe secure
