I'm very happy with this. I can wear this with hunting gear in the woods or downtown with jeans and leather.

I love the quality and comfort especially the Brim on my head.

I have curly hair and a large melon so I was afraid that this wouldn't fit as it's lined and lined hats are usually less prone to stretching, BUT it fits. It's snug against my forehead but not tight. (Always a concern of mine as I suffer from migraines.) I even tugged a bit on the back edges and it has some give but it's not what I would call 'stretchy' by any means. Also, it's slouch style, so it won't hug the top of your head. This may be a selling/breaking point depending on what look you're after. I personally like the slouch and if I want to wear my hair up in a bun beneath the hood of my winter jacket, I'll be able to do so. (But only under the hood so its hidden, else I would likely look like a conehead. Lol) All in all, I like it and it will help keep winter drizzle off my glasses when I walk the dogs, so it's a win for me. I can't speak on durability yet but will update after a winter of wear.

My husband has been on the hunt for a well-fitting beanie that does not go too long over his ears/forehead. This was the magic find. Great material, not too big or bump weird. Great purchase for the price.

I must have a huge head. Although it feels normal to me, most hats feel tight to me, even adjustable ones. Sometimes trucker hats feel like they are too high up on my head. Big head people, I know you feel me. (but where are you all? Can we band together to design hats for us?).This hat is stretchy and comfortable and fits perfectly. One reviewer commented that it must be sized for watermelons; if this is true, so be it. I could pull it all the way down and cover most of my face, but instead I pull it to whatever head depth I am going for, and it is warm and soft with a little air pocket at the top. Buy it if you have a big head like me. It is also cute.

I was looking at a lot of pictures of people living in Wisconsin in the 1950s and they all had hats sort of like this one and I thought to myself "I should get a hat like that." So I did a search here on Amazon for "brimmed winter hat" or "brimmed beanie" and it lead me to this one. I thought "yeah, that looks like what I'm looking for," and picked out the dark green army color and ordered it because I needed a winter hat, anyway. It came in the mail a few days later and I'm pretty pleased with it so far! It's a very bold fashion statement, and gives you a look that, I think, challenges people.One thing I like about it is that it completely covers your ears, eliminating the need for something like earmuffs. I wore it out today when I walked downtown in search of a phone repair shop to get my phone's charger port repaired at and it's the middle of November as of the time I'm writing this and it rained today so it was particularly cold. This hat, coupled with a sweater and jacket I was wearing, kept me warm in the frosty temperature. I found a phone repair shop, dropped my phone off for repairs then went grocery shopping, I later returned downtown and picked up my now-functioning phone and walked several city blocks back to my car, staying warm the whole time. So I'm pretty pleased with this hat.Some people have said the hat seems to be made out of cheap material. I've only had it a few days so I can't say that for certain but I don't think it's very cheap. It's a twelve dollar hat, which is, I guess, a normal price for a hat. I don't buy many hats so it's really hard to say what the price of a hat should be, or how high the price of a high end hat is or whatever but I think twelve dollars was a fair price for this hat and I really like the color. Like I said, I got the dark green "army" color because I already own a few black or gray hats and I wanted something different for a change. I'd say, all in all, it's a very good hat for the price and that you should pick it up if you want to make a bold fashion statement for the winter.

I bought two of these hats. A black one and a grey one. They are very nice hats and exactly what I was looking for, but there is one problem. They are two completely different sizes. The black one is a perfect fit and the grey one is huge. Quality and consistency keeps me from giving a higher rating.

Fantastic for cold sunny days - i have been wearing while sailing and it keeps my head toasty warm and the sun out of my eyes. Am buying more!!! So comfy i wear it all the time now.
