Beurer IH55 Yearpack Original Parts for Routine Annual Replacement

I was advised by my vet to buy one for my dog and I chose this one for its features , however I ended up sending it back as the device needed to be plugged into a socket as thr battery function didn’t work even though I put new batteries in . I needed a remote device to use it on my dog wherever she was lying . I’m sure I just got a faulty one . But I could t wait for a replacement. Thr returns was very easy and I was kneaded with thr serviceI’m sure it’s a good device though

I bought two as I like to have one by my bed - However one is not working properly at allAlso I use the larger nebuliser regularly which I bought from you and that is just fine. Am not sure what to do with the broken one.I do not want to return it for a refund but perhaps you could maybe fix it.I should tell you that I am 82 yrs old and find all the nebulisers very good and I am sad that one of the hand held is . not working at all - can you help me with please -----Sincerely, EVELYN DEASY

After being excited at something both plug in and portable, this was £75 quickly down the drain.When running on battery power it can barely handle saline water, producing only a tiny amount of mist. Plugged in it was little better. Simply not up to the job.No one has ever come close to the portability and nebulising rate of the Philips Innospire Go.

Great product, my last one lasted 3 years and only stopped working because I dropped it and it broke so bought same product again, a real confidence booster to have around .

Bought this as I’d broken the clip on my Omron U100 (which I never liked as much as the Omron U22 which was discontinued).It’s not a terrible replacement but there are lots of things that are irritating about it.First of all, while it is very portable, it won’t just fit in your pocket. The Omron U100 was great to just pop in a coat pocket and not really notice until you needed it. This Beurer nebuliser just won’t fit in a pocket.Secondly, as well as using twice as many batteries as the Omron units (4AA as opposed to 2AA), the batteries rattle around in the battery compartment and it gets annoying pretty quickly.Thirdly, the build quality of the main unit generally feels good. However, the clip that you flip to open it and add a nebule feels like it’s going to snap off every time I use it.Finally, it just doesn’t atomise as much as the Omron nebulisers. There is a steady stream of mist coming from the unit but it’s nowhere near as effective as the devices I’m used to.Overall, I am a reluctant purchaser. This does a job but could be SO much better.

Two non-essential gripes:1) The instructions on cleaning, disinfecting, self cleaning. A disjointed mess that jumps from one thing to another then back, and seems to contradict itself. (wash the masks with hot water / never put the masks in hot water - the latter probably referring to boiling water)2) The silicone seal which doesn't really want to stay in position.But overall a good product.

As asthmatic I rather be safe then sorry and after buying this, I feel safer anywhere I go. Easy to set up even when I'm under the pressure of a day and really helps to relieve from complications which I face on occasions.

I found this nebuliser very easy to use and easy on the hand to holdI keep mine by the side of my bed in case I need to use through the night myself and don’t have to waken anyone to assistI am not able to use the main one as I am not able to plug that one in and set it upBy myself with having restricted mobility
