I have bought a few yoga mat bags prior to this and was disappointed with all of them. This is the best bag as I am able to carry all the necessary things I need to go for yoga sessions. I use a 5mm Lululemon mat and the Ray of Sun yoga mat bag allows me easy access due to the way the bag opens up. It's also easy to pack the mat after yoga sessions. The extra compartment for clothes or towel is also great. I have carried a light jumper in this compartment along with a towel and the bag still closes up with the extendable clasps. My daughter who uses a Lululemon yoga mat bag is very impressed with the Ray of Sun yoga mat bag as well. What I would recommend though is a shoulder pad for the bag strap!

It does the job it suppose to but this was obviously poorly made. It came in a sealed plastic wrap but I noticed when I opened it a corner of the bag was dirty. The handles where sewn incorrectly in the wrong spot bcuz you can see the previous needle marks from the sewing machine. It looked like this bag was made in a big hurry and made by a novice. The zipper on one of the front two pockets kept splitting open luckily I knew how to fix that but still it shouldn't come like that. The stitching looks like it will not hold much longer. I thought of sending it back but needed this bag now. I probably just got a dud but my suggestion is buy the more expensive competitor it's probably worth it.

This is a great yoga bag. I wanted to replace my old bag, which was hard to carry, with something different, and this has turned out to be just what I need. The yoga mat section is large enough for even a long, thick mat. The pockets are very handy for carrying my strap and towel. The snap straps are so quick to secure the bag around the mat, and the carry handles are very sturdy-feeling and comfortable to carry. This was exactly what I needed, at a MUCH lower price than some others I had looked at. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Love the look of the bag and all the pockets but with my thick mat you can hardly get anything else in the case. The large zipper area is useless because the straps won't lengthen enough to allow you to use it. The straps are extended to their max.

I feel happy every time I get to use this yoga mat carrier :-). No more hassling with multiple bags. Everything I take into yoga class, towel, clothes, phone, water bottle, wallet, etc.… Everything just fit into this cool bag. It is very well made and easy to use. Even my husband wants one.

Nice bag but came with a lot of threads unraveled. Seems a little cheaply made but so far no problems. Really nice looking otherwise.

It was advertised as having pockets for blocks, however, these pockets are nowhere large enough for the standard yoga block. Other than that the material is good quality and I love the water bottle pocket.

Great bag!!! I carried my yoga mat all over India with this bag. Like the little side pockets and also has room for a water bottle.
