This is an excellent product. I started using it due to irritable leg syndrome and cramps in my legs. All better now. I have had times when I ran out but found a BIG difference so went back on it. Andrew Lessman has his own plant and formulates everything himself. I have used many of his vitamins and he is a wealth of knowledge and dependability

These are the best calcium/magnesium capsules I have ever taken. First off, I have never found calcium in a capsule before. These capsules are medium size, not the large size of the calcium tablets. Also, I feel like they might be working better because my nails seem to grow faster while I am taking these. They never upset my stomach and they’re very easy to swallow and get down.

Since I love vitamins, these one is one of the best since I feel the difference in my body, also my sister tried it and she love the supplements. Very easy to take

I have been taking these calcium magnesium capsules for about a year. They are the only ones that do not mess with my stomach. I don't know how many calcium pills/capsules I just had to throw away because they made me feel sick, but not these. They also do work, as my calcium levels were great when I got my recent blood work back.

Since I have to take calcium supplements, I prefer to buy Andrew Lessman's capsules rather than hard tablets. I've been happy with every item I've purchased from Andrew Lessman; I just wish there was some way to distinguish one capsule from another. (Most of them are either white or off-white, and while they might be slightly different sizes, they are hard to tell them apart.) So I've purchased Wilson food quality marking pens from Amazon, and I can mark similarly colored capsules with a small letter to tell them apart. Those Wilson markers dry quickly, so there's no mess when I'm sorting out the capsules.
