I liked the look of it but under normal household use it was essentially broken in two months. I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes of getting it replace under the 1 year warranty. and so far have only received a response of "where did you purchase it".I definitely would recommend looking at other brands if your looking for this specific style. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eljer Replacement Commode *by 4***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2020* I was very happy to receive the replacement for my original purchase. It took awhile but they were very accommodating with sending me the new commode seat to replace my Eljer. It is pretty good quality even though its plastic. Easy to install. ### ⭐⭐ Lid broke off and seat is wobbly *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2021* Although the seat was easy to install, The lid broke off after about six weeks of use. This is used in the master bathroom that does not get a ton of use as this is a weekend house. No one stands on the toilet lid. There’s no kids around. There is no reason this lid should have snapped off. Now the toilet seat itself, which is attached, slides when you sit on it. I bought two of these and the other one works fine. However, I would recommend you spend the extra $10 and buy the wooden one.
