Review: Top gear - Excellent product 5 star 🌟 Review: Very flimsy, thin plastic design - There’s no manual in the box, you have to go to the website to download it. However, the design is awful, and it feels so flimsy. The box has a diagram showing how to extend the armrest, but there’s no button to unlock it. You just have to grab what little there is and pull, but not too hard otherwise it’ll come off. I struggled to extend it, so I can’t see how a child could. I bet if someone designed a version made out of LEGO Technic, it would be by far better quality, strong and durable compared to this rubbish. Certainly not worth £109! ## Features - Superior Performance Utilises advanced technology for deeper and more precise location detection - Ultra Lightweight Design Weighing only 1.06 kg (2.3 lbs), it stands as the lightest adventure detector in its class - Easy-Trak Technology Automatic ground adjustment reduces interference and enhances target signals for an improved treasure hunting experience - PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS. The GO-FIND 11 is the perfect introduction to the world of metal detecting. With powerful technology, extreme portability and ease of operation, it's about getting the whole family involved - PRESET FIND MODES. With 2 find modes and 3 levels of sensitivity, professional and accurate detecting couldn't be easier. When you've found something, large icons will flash on the screen that indicate signal strength and the type of items detected - CAMOUFLAGE SKINS. Personalize your GO-FIND treasure finder with easy-to-apply, peel-and-stick camouflage skins to match the environment you're hunting in (two included) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07LFCM35H | | Adjustable Length | No | | Are Batteries Required | Yes | | Batteries required? | Yes | | Battery Average Life | 30 hours | | Best Sellers Rank | 86,137 in Garden ( See Top 100 in Garden ) 246 in Metal Detectors 3,210 in Scanners & Testers | | Brand | Minelab | | Brand Name | Minelab | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 279 Reviews | | Display Type | LCD | | Extended Length | 51.3 Inches | | International Protection Rating | IP54 | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 19.1L x 57.2W x 10.2H centimetres | | Item Type Name | metal-detectors | | Item Weight | 1.04 kg | | Item weight | 1.04 kg | | Manufacturer | Minelab | | Manufacturer Part Number | 3231-0022 | | Material | Metal | | Material Type | Metal | | Model Number | 3231-0022 | | Operating Frequency | 7.7 KHz | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Power source | Battery Powered | | Recommended Uses For Product | General Metal Detection | | UPC | 650414946175 811493016900 | | search coil size | 8 Inches | ## Product Details - **Adjustable length:** No - **Batteries required?:** Yes - **Battery life:** 30 hours - **Brand:** Minelab - **Colour:** Black - **Extended length:** 51.3 Inches - **Item weight:** 1.04 kg - **Material:** Metal - **Power source:** Battery Powered - **Product dimensions:** 19.1L x 57.2W x 10.2H centimetres ## Images ![GO-FIND 11 Ultra-Light Collapsible Metal Detector for Adults & Kids with 8" Waterproof Coil - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/619iUmgPi7L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What length is it when assemble? The minimum and maximum extension.** A: The minimum length is 20 inch (510mm), the maximum length is 4 foot (1220mm). It may be adjusted to any length between these two. **Q: Is this any good on wet sand** A: For an entry level, single frequency detector, the Go-find Series are not bad on the wet beach. Though probably the best value for excellent wet sand performance would be the Minelab Vanquish 340, if your budget will stretch. **Q: Go find 44 is bluetooth , can i make the go find 11 bluetooth by adding a bluetooth transmitter/receiver and link to the app, would this work** A: Yes, we do sell a BT adaptor, though in reality it is more cost effective to buy the 44 model with its extra features. Sam, Crawfords Metal Detectors **Q: What is the difference between the 11 and the 22** A: The differences between the Go-Find 11 and 22 are: The 22 has a 3 level target depth indicator, the 11 has none. The 11 has just one audio tone, the 22 has 2 (for ferrous/non-ferrous targets). The 11 has 3 volume levels, the 22 has 5. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top gear *by A***R on 16 February 2025* Excellent product 5 star 🌟 ### ⭐ Very flimsy, thin plastic design *by D***O on 18 December 2024* There’s no manual in the box, you have to go to the website to download it. Unfortunately on our first use we noticed that a part of the clip holding the screen in place had come off so the screen kept falling down. I contacted the seller and provided pictures and details of the fault and they were very responsive and gave me a replacement detector. ## Frequently Bought Together - Minelab GO-FIND 11 Ultra-Light Collapsible Metal Detector for Adults & Kids with 8" Waterproof Coil - SUNPOW Metal Detector Pinpointer for Adults & Kids - Waterproof Handheld Pin Pointer Wand - High Sensitivity 360° Detection - Easy to Use 2 Alert Modes - Treasure Pinpointing Finder Probe - OTMD12 - NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Metal Detector Accessories – Includes Sand Scoop for Metal Detecting and Metal Detector Shovel, Use as Sand Sifter for The Beach, Metal Detecting Accessories --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/97503972-go-find-11-ultra-light-collapsible-metal-detector-for-adults](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/97503972-go-find-11-ultra-light-collapsible-metal-detector-for-adults) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
