What is the difference between "arnica cream for bruises" and "arnica cream for natural pain relief" ?

I think they are essentially the same thing, just marketed differently. One for bruises and one for joint pain without bruising. I'm not sure if there is a different base or consistency, but the pain relieving arnica in the product would be the same.

Is this the old nelsons arnica cream i've used before? the "arnicacare" and for bruises is throwing me off.
