Nice door bell with two buttons, however I have noticed people saying the pressed the bell push button and it did not work. On investigation I found the button has to be pressed on the left/top side to work, anywhere else and it does not.I put a small notice at the side of the bell push to inform visitors to press the target area I marked on the button.UPDATEThe vendor kindly posted me a complete replacement however it is still not working correctly but seems random. People just walk away. (Note the bell push in question is only 10yards away from the receiver, and the second bell push is slightly closer so the operating range comes into question.

I needed a bell at the gate as not all delivery people like entering if the dogs are in the garden and this seemed to be the perfect solution. However, I found that the push buttons are unreliable, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Not everyone is going to realise that the light should come on when you push it and press it again if it doesn't. The gate is only about 30 feet away but put a gate post and a stone wall in the way and it just doesn't work reliably. Disappointing.

I am not a technophile so was really pleased with how easy these were to install. Everything you need is enclosed and it is very easy to set up two different ringtones. Delivery was on time also.

The product was easy to set up. You can have two different ring tones so you can tell which door bell is being used. The only downside is that the volume isn't very load. We have our unit plugged in, in the main living room so my dad can hear it easy but if you're upstairs you may not hear it ring. Other than that a great little item.

Replaced a failing wireless doorbell chime system. Bell pushes work even when stuck on uPVC door frames with internal steel reinforcement. Cannot say how long bell pushes remain paired with chime unit without failing or how long batteries in bell pushes last as new system has only been installed for a few days.

Only recently installed and hardly used to date. I am thereforeunable to add anything else.

choice of ring tones, can be put anywhere in the house

I like the fact you have 2 door bells which can be located at 2 front doors but only 1 receiver which is loud enough to be heard over a tv. Lots of door chimes especially some xmas ones.
