It works! I have learned it hard way- when you are in pain you really appreciate a relief and I should say not only it gave me an immediate relief bit also helped to reduce muscle inflammation and address the problem, not just the symptoms.I had a terrible nack and upper back pain, I couldn't sleep, felt exhausted. I've tried a lot of things and they would help for a couple of hours and then the pain would come back.I am very lucky that eventually, I've tried that new gel:It has a mild cooling effect and pain went away, I was able to fall asleep. The next morning I felt that something is missing and then I realized I am not hurting, I still felt a bit of discomfort, so I applied it again. It has a light scent, but it didn't bother me at all after a couple of minutes. By the end of the day, I felt completely recovered. I would highly recommend it and definitely will buy it again.

And I love the fact this is a natural product, made with quality ingredients. I have been using it for all kinds of tweaks and aches. Highly recommend to anyone from an avid athlete to a middle aged mom with slight knee or back ache.

Due to the name of the product, I expected to feel extreme cold, like ice. On my first use, that is exactly what I received. The subsequent uses have not had the same effect. It was effective in relieving my pain, which is what I needed. It is rather pricey, but you can actually read the ingredients on the label, so it is worth it. Overall, it is an effective product, just not as cooling as you would expect.

Fantastic product for muscle pain. I alternate between ice / heat products from Raw when I pull or strain a muscle. Works great - smells better! I’ve been using raw for years and will never use another hot or cold rub.

This is the real deal but my shoulder issue is almost untouchable. Works well when my knee is sore.

Had a sore achy lower back and this definately helped. Loved the combo of warm/cool sensation that seemed to loosen my tight muscles from lifting. It’s not a cure all but definately a way toease soreness.

It's okay. Has a cooling sensation. But, not strong enough for my needs.
