I bought three of these lamps, I had a issue with one of the lamps. Their customer service department went above and beyond to help me. I am very satisfied with the lamp and their customer service and would recommend this lamp to others.

First off.... This light is a finishing light very very red heavy I am guessing the 1000-a is the starting light. I only bought cause I found it in giveaways and it was 55$. I'd say look elsewhere or one with two switches if you want all all around light. I own several different lights. There are way better lights for 10$ over this lights normal cost just saying. Sorry Arknoah it's my opinion. plus warranty far less than any other manufacturer not saying bad just saying what I see and know. So vague description loses a star and my opinion knocked off a star only 3 ehhh

I rolled the dice and picked the ARKNOAH light because it seemed very similar to other units, but at a bit lower price (with a coupon, to boot). So far I'm very pleased with the unit. It is smaller than I expected, but substantial. The fans aren't silent, but not a problem, either. Frankly, they are my biggest concern of failure in the unit, but time will tell. Hopefully they're user replaceable, and standard computer fans. I haven't torn into it to see yet. For the price, I do hope to get several years of service out of it. If it fails prematurely, I'll try to remember to update the review. So far it's perfect. I have about 36 tomato plants under it, and they're thriving.
