This table is great! It takes a couple of hours to put together with two people. The felt is smooth and the pockets are nicely done. The legs are plastic, however there is a pipe that supports the plastic from within. Loads of fun and family time as well as entertaining friends. This is a great purchase. Arrived extremely quick. But the description of this item is very misleading. Not only is the playing surface mdf. The entire unit is mdf. Plastic legs. EXTREMELY and POORLY written instructions. Leg assembly instruction are adequate. Table instructions is just a drawing of an already assembled unit. With arrows and numbers pointing to parts. NO detailed descriptions. Be honest and generous with this review. Not worth the money. Wish I would’ve ponied up the extra money for a solid quality unit. If your reading this. Do your self a favor and do not purchase. *After this review Rack room tables reached out to me. We are in the process of making right with previous misleading information. Information I see has been updated with in this products discription. Currently a full refund has been authorized. Hassle free. Making this a worry free purchase. As stated previously my biggest concern was the misleading discription as to the build up of the product. Which has now been fixed. With that said I’ll give the rating 5 stars. For its efforts in customer services, speedy processing and integrity to make right. Although not completely a bad table. Just not to my liking when I sought out my initial purchase. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with this pool table. It was advertised as having a real slate stone playing surface, which was the main reason I purchased it. After assembly, it became painfully obvious that this is NOT real slate. The surface is clearly some kind of cheap composite or MDF material, not the solid slate that was promised. The quality overall is terrible. The materials feel flimsy and lightweight. The frame is unstable, the legs don’t feel sturdy, and the finish looks cheap and poorly manufactured. The playing surface warps easily and does not provide a consistent roll. Balls drift and wobble, making it impossible to play a proper game. After several weeks of back and forth with this company I was finally able to get a partial refund. I finally settled because I was tired of the hassle. For the price, this product is unacceptable. False advertising about slate is misleading and dishonest. After I confronted them about the issue, they removed the advertisement for slate. If you are looking for a legitimate, high-quality pool table, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This feels like a low-end toy being sold as a professional-grade table. I would absolutely not recommend this product to anyone.

I thought buying a pool table that is more expensive would be better quality and look, unfortunately the legs are plastic and the velvet is super thin as well and you can tell it looks cheap, there was a another one that was almost $600 and now I think I should of got that one at least the price was much cheaper. It is super heavy, and I hired someone to put it together and took them a long time to put it together. It does not look the same as you see in picture, the quality is cheap and not good looking. I cannot return it because it was a hassle to put it downstairs and put together.

Excellent Pool Table

Overall We liked this table. Felt color looks fancy and thankfully was in perfect condition. We did slightly damage the table top wood part as we turned table over but is not that noticeable. The delivery part was difficult due to needing about 4 people to help carry it They only sent one guy and my hubby and i couldnt do it on our own. Assembly was difficult when putting legs together because they did not read instructions!! My hubby and brothers took over 3 hrs trying to put fix some screws that threading had washed off. The table did not feel that stable due to legs being a little flimsy but we are just being careful when playing. THE LEGS ARE NOT WOOD THEY ARE HARD PLASTIC WITH METAL ROD INSIDE WISH THAT WAS DIFFERENT. Color is black on bottom part. Loved the size of table it was perfect adult size.

Good product for the money. Unpacking is not easy and you need to take your time. Remember this is NOT a slate table. So when you bump into it, the balls will move etc. good for a basement where you want it for fun and not serious play.

This pool table is wonderful and at a great price. My family and friends enjoyed playing it on Christmas day. Rack pool table Customer service person reached out to me and personally monitored this purchase until I received my product before Christmas and also followed up with me after Christmas because the online product tracking information was not accurate and frustrated me to the point of initially rating this product poorly (2 stars). Other things to note: 1) the delivery company's responsibility is to deliver the product and not necessarily where you want it located, i.e., basement; 2) you are responsible for product assembly; and 3) there were a couple of missing screws (no big deal, just had to go to a hardware store). The bottom line is I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
