Review: My replaced acl and damaged meniscus say THANK YOU! - I’ve had surgery on my knee to help with my meniscus and to replace my acl. Since the surgery, any long period of time spend standing or exercising has led to pain and discomfort. Recently I was having trouble walking, as it felt like my knee was catching on itself, and hobbling around is no way to get around. I tried this out for a couple of weeks and I’m astounded. My knee pain and discomfort is gone, I’ve been able to stand for prolonged periods f time without issue, and I’ve even been able to enjoy the gym again without fear that my knee will buckle or crack under the weight. I definitely recommend this supplement, especially if you have weakened ligaments. I will definitely be replenishing my bottle once it is empty (which won’t be for a while since this is a three month supply). Worth the money. Took only about 2/2.5 weeks to start feeling a consistent difference.
Review: Helped my Achilles Tendonitis - I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I've only done 50 out of the 90 days, so I look forward to increased pain relief as I get through the bottle. I'll update after day 90. UPDATE: It's been about 115 days and my left ankle is almost normal. A tiny bit of stiffness in the morning that goes away as soon as I start moving around. A: It doesn’t say exactly it just says proprietary blend type one collagen 500 MG’s

**Q: Will it help if I have a torn acl?**
A: It might.  It’s not a miracle cure.  I find it helps more towards the end of healing.  When you start to become more active and use the damaged limb.

**Q: are the capsules easy to swollow?**
