Spike Seasoning - Salt Free and Gluten Free - 1.9 oz

I love this blend--a classic from way back in early co-op days when I could buy it in bulk. I would never eat scrambled eggs without it! And I like the salt-free option so I can use pink sea salt.

Absolutely the best salt-free seasoning and use it on all meats and veggies.

This spice blend is amazing! I sprinkle it on tuna and chicken, potato salad. It takes them to another level. Several people have bought it after eating it on my food.

Spike is one of my favorite seasonings! There are so many in one jar, you almost don’t miss the salt. I was making meat sauce and added it to the simmering pot. It added another dimension to the sauce. I haven’t had Spike in the cupboard for a while. It’s cold so I’m making sauces and casseroles, while watching out for too much fat and salt.

This seasoning has always been my favorite! I used to use Spike years ago because it added delicious flavor to dishes. But over the years I somehow forgot about it. So recently I looked to see if it was still available and yes it was! I love to use a wide variety of different spices in my dishes, but Spike is my most used one now and it is again my favorite for a wide variety of dishes.

Spike has been a staple in my kitchen for decades. It is delicious with avocados, vegetables, cooked eggs and egg salad, fresh tomatoes, salad dressings to name a few. This salt free version has the same great flavor as the original.

A pleasant taste, not overpowering, good value for the price.

Adds considerable flavour for quick seasoning but one could prob do as well or better ( for personal taste) with own mixture.A bit pricey for quantity.
