I purchased this belt is for my husband who is currently doing strongman training. He's really had to up his game recently and go outside his comfort zone so I suggested that he get a belt. This belt was a great choice! It has fantastic lumbar support and he says that it is very comfortable. He said that the difference during squats was amazing and it seems that his deadlift we're stronger and more solid. My husband is 6', around 210lbs and a size 36 waist, we got his the L/XL and it fits great. It's east to get this on, slip the Velcro strap through the metal ring and pull it to the desired tightness. At first he didn't like the little fine tuning/locking mechanism but after a bit of trial and error he now loves it.
