Magnesium Citrate 500mg 120 Capsules - Providing 150mg of Active Elemental Magnesium - High Potency - Easily Absorbable - Highly Bioavailable - UK Manufactured

I originally bought these, many years ago for my sons migraines. And decided to try them myself. These capsules have stopped my nightly restless legs and leg cramps. I have them on subscription as it returns when I stop them. They are great value and the best I have found. I wouldn't be without them.

I bought these as I suffer from migraines which have been getting worse the past year or so and the research I did online said that a combination of magnesium 500mg, vitamin B2 400mg and co-enzyme Q10 150mg daily would help.Although I started on medication from my GP around the same time I started taking these supplements so it's hard to say what has made the most difference, I can honestly say that the frequency of my migraine attacks has reduced dramatically as has the severity. Very happy I tried these and I'd recommend any other migraine sufferers try the above mentioned supplement combination. The research does say it can take up to 3 months before you see the benefits, so you have to persevere, but for me it didn't take longer than a few weeks it's definitely worked.

Good value magnesium supplement. Capsules rather than tablets so although large they are easy to swallow.Although the tablets are 500mg in total the magnesium citrate content is 150mg

EDIT: after reading the comments to my review and after doing some research, I realised my original review was a bit misinformed. I still think it would be more helpful if there were less ambiguity on the matter, but I do agree with the commenters that at least this brand clearly declares the actual content of magnesium after all. I have therefore changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars and edited the title to a more fair version.I have never left a one star review on anything, and, although I can't say if the product works or not (I have just received it), I feel like I've been tricked into thinking that there is way more magnesium in one tablet than there actually is. I know it does say "Magnesium Citrate 500mg 120 Capsules - Providing 150mg of Active Elemental Magnesium", but putting the first part at the beginning of your product description is just wrong and misleading.I was prescribed a daily dose of 500 mg of magnesium by my neurologist for migraine, so I thought this was a good deal, both in terms of price and convenience (just one pill to take rather than 3 a day). Instead, it turns out I have to take 3 of them, they will last 1/3 of the time and I will not even get the amount of magnesium I need, as 3 of these add up to 450 mg instead of 500. Not to mention that I could have gotten a better deal from other sellers. Quite disappointed

This product is high quality, it is helping me a lot and I strongly recommend it to anyone needing this type of supplement. It is also a great value for money. Thank you very much for this product, I am extremely happy with it and I will continue purchasing it!!!
