One we received was a UK plug....still the best kettle design .....ever!!

Awful product and unresponsive customer service

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. I had the kettle for less than 3 months when it started leaking. I was told that as it was more than 30 days I was unable to receive a refund through this company and to go directly to Bugatti-where I got absolutely no response what do ever. I would never usually pay such an extortionate amount for a kettle, and had done so on the assumption that quality would be well above standard and that any issues would be resolved. Wish I’d gone to Asda and got one for £20.

Looks good, poor quality lid

Stylish but lid release mechanism started to fail after a weeks use. Something you would accept if it was a cheap kettle!!
