Wish it would stay put.
It slides around a lot but I'm sure there are ways to stop that from happening. Overall, its a welcome addition to my heavy bag.

Great Quality, Not So Great Mounting
The quality of the ring itself is excellent. The quality and design of the mounting is unusable. The ring slips all over the place when it is contacted. I used 3M VHB double sided tape and a ratchet strap as shown in attached photos, and all is well now. No more slipping. Should come this way from Ring to Cage.

How to fill the bag.
I know this is lame but how do you fill the bag and with what material?

Great heavy bag addition on a budget.
Remember, you are reading a product review on amazon, not talking with pro fighters at a convention. That said, if you are limited in funds and space at your home, but wish your heavy bag had more capability, then consider this uppercut ring. Remember, this is an ad on item. It's not sewn onto your heavy bag nor permanently attached, so some creativity is needed to use it without slipping up the bag.I do not like my heavy bag spinning as I hit it because an opposing competitor will not spin on their feet. So I removed the swivel on top of my heavy bag, and installed this uppercut ring as tight as I could with the fastening straps on what is now the back side of the bag. Then as I hit the uppercut ring the first several times, it lodges itself onto the heavy bag at a slight angle and does not slip up the bag any further. If you consider that an opponent's chin is slightly higher than their shoulders, this almost seems like the uppercut ring should be made this way. Some day if I figure out how to put up a picture on amazon reviews, I will ad one here.Over all, after using the uppercut ring for some time now, I am very happy with it. It serves my purpose and makes my heavy bag far more useful in my limited space.
