Good dark roast coffee, not java strength or unbearable. It's a well rounded taste with the quality you'd expect.

The best coffee I have ever had. 10/10 for caffeine 10/10 for flavour 10/10 for smell. I have been told by multiple people when I make this coffee through my espresso machine it is the best coffee they have ever had.

At £26 a kilo this about twice the price I would usually pay, albeit I normally go for quite cheap coffee. The high caffeine, strong rating and low acid sold it to me though, thinking this would be good for a groggy Monday morning. I normally have my coffee black during the week, but I do prefer a bit of milk, as I spent so much money on it, I treated myself to some milk. It does taste very nice and would agree that it has great creaminess. There is most definitely a strong caffeine hit to it, I was most certainly buzzing after a few cups of it. While it has a good flavour to it, I am not sure I would rate this as a very strong flavour, it is strong, but I wouldn’t class it as stronger than many of the other brands I use. It does seem to lack the acidity and harshness of other brands, especially cheap ones. Overall, it is a good roast, not something I would drink all the time due to the cost, but definitely as a Monday morning pick me up.

Just started using this and so far so good! Seems a stronger strength than a 5 as it's just as I like my coffee, very strong! Good quality and value for the size bag. Will definitely be using again!

Not strong at all. It's just normal coffee beans.

I bought this coffee because I wanted something very strong in caffeine strength. I didn't notice the caffeine at all to be honest but I have to say the coffee has a lovely flavour, really tasty and not very bitter like some. I would recommend the coffee in general but not if you're looking for something noticeable strong.

100% reccomend getting this espresso. It works great in my automatic espresso machine and produces thick crema. It’s strong, smooth, and has very very low acid which I appreciate. It’s also made in Italy and the beans are very fresh. Can’t get other espresso beans this good for this price point.

Ich hab mir die teuflischen Bohnen geholt, dachte mir „starker Espresso? Klingt gut“ – und Leute, das war der Startschuss für eine Koffein-Apokalypse. 100% Robusta, dunkel geröstet, säurearm? Klar, klingt harmlos. Aber der Koffein-Kick? Über 580 mg pro Portion – mein Herz und mein Gehirn haben direkt ein Synchronisationsproblem gehabt. Der erste Schluck: boom, wie eine Rakete in den Kopf. Konzentration? 5 Minuten voll da, danach… naja, die Kollegen hatten teilweise Probleme, weil sie nicht mehr still sitzen konnten. Ich hab meinen Stuhl quasi hypnotisiert, während ich versuchte, normal zu tippen. Fazit: Wenn du Kaffee willst, der dich morgens wirklich weckt, dann bist du hier richtig. Aber Achtung: Das ist nichts für zarte Seelen oder Leute mit „normalem“ Koffeinbedarf. 5 Sterne für puren, ungebremsten Espresso-Wahnsinn – mein Morgenritual ist jetzt offiziell ein Extremsport. ☕⚡
