Lifesaver for gravy and sauces that aren't thickening enough
Pros: Very convenient for gravy and sauce thickening without having to worry about clumping. You can easily add to gravy that already has liquid added versus using flour will you must brown and create a roux with first.

I purchase these via Amazon frankly because it's cheaper than I can buy locally, significantly so. I purchase them delivered to my door. I store them in the freezer and pull them out as I need them. You get six. Super fine flour. Since I don't use much flour, I use it for about anything I need a little flour for. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Best Gravy Flour
Since I am a scratch cook I like Wondra a lot. My cousin is a Master Chef and he was using this and showed me how to make perfect gravy using this product. It is hard to find in my local grocery so getting at Amazon was fantastic. This is fine sifted flour and it also is amazing for a light coating on pork chops or chicken for that fried flavor and texture. I now make lumpless gravy every time. Super product!

Great product but make sure to check it over first
This was recommended for several recipes I wanted to try so I bought this pack of 6. It worked great and I will definitely buy more. One, possibly two, of the cans were damaged (one was obviously open from the bottom, the other just released powder from who knows where when you shake it). Amazon did refund the damaged product which is good but I almost didn’t check in time to be able to get a refund. So I recommend you check each can individually before putting them away. I had noticed powder on the outside of the can I chose to use but I was in a hurry so I just quickly checked that one over and used it. Then I forgot about it. It was pure luck that I remembered I had wanted to look at the cans. Check them first thing.

MY FAVORITE GRAVY AND THICKENING FLOUR
Nothing like Wondra (a semi coarse flour) to make smooth gravies, thicken stews, and making dumplings!I use it all the time. Great for flouring cake and bread pans. No lumps.Only reason for a 4 star review is that my latest 6 pack arrived with one broken seal (at the base) and some flour spilled. Not returning it because I really love it!
