Bought this for my wife, who uses walking canes to get around the house. Even the self-standing canes (HurryCane, etc.) will fall over, if you bump them, making it hard for a person with a bad back to have to bend over to pick up. I bought two of these, one for the living room next to the sofa, one for the bedroom. She can park her canes in them, and they won't fall over. The stand is heavy enough to prevent a leaning cane from tipping over, but light enough to easily move. It's large enough to accept 2 canes with stability feet on them, but small enough to not take up a lot of room.The flat side sits up close to the wall in her bedroom. The design is decorative, without being too fussily victorian or look too space-age modern, like a lot of others I've seen for sale. It doesn't require assembly or screws, just two parts, the basket and a drip tray.My wife loves them, saving her a lot of frustration with using her canes.

The design is really lovely. It has a flat side to stand against a wall. I love it because it can hold short and tall umbrellas and you can easily reach the short ones without jabbing yourself. The second day I had it, I got a compliment that it was the nicest stand they had seen. Although it's light weight, it's sturdy.

This stand was very light. The drip pan was loose and did not sit securely inside the stand. For being almost $50 this should’ve been of better quality.

The stand has a beautiful rich color. It has plenty of room for several umbrellas.

Not user friendly can not possibly hold up to daily use ,children or traffic

This is exactly what I wanted for the space available. I am happy that it sits up against the wall. It is beautifully made and is so nice looking. I have a small kitchen and wanted something for not only umbrellas but a long shoe horn and a grabber. Great solution. I highly recommend this item.
