there is a reason it works better. This is NOT for extra large forearms
This device works and is different than any others I have tried. At first glance even when you take it out of the box you think it's a toy. It's not, there is a reason it works better. This is NOT for extra large forearms. My forearm at it's widest is 13" and the pads are just about NOT on exact opposite sides of my arm. another inch or two would be max. Wear 24/7, even at night. I read and found through personal experience that most of the aggravation the injury was getting was how I slept. Don't sleep with it cinched down tight, loosen it a bit then take it off for a few minutes in the morning. I have had golfers elbow for 3 months and have tried everything short of surgery or injections. My personal trainer had me while on one knee lift and extend kettle bells one arm at a time up and out away from my body. Basically mimicking with 20kg the exact motion I've seen in videos that is the culprit for this injury, arm extended and hand pulled backwards. THANKS MICHELLE!!! My only 100% pain relief would come when my chiropractor would manipulate it and hit the tendon connection points with an "Activator". That gave me complete relief for 30 minutes or so, then it would slowly return in about an hour. But it gave me hope. I have tried several elbow straps, all offered some sort of help but after a couple of weeks there was really no improvement. Then I ordered this device about a week ago. I had seen a couple of other people in the gym with them so I figured someone knew what they were talking about. The first day I wore it I had relief!!! Not complete, like it's magic or anything, but more so than with any other device I have purchased. As near as I can tell it's because I can wear it with a high degree of tension 24/7 because it is not cinching my arm down in all directions. It sort of "sandwiches" your arm between two padded plastic plates that sit on either side right on the tendon connection points. This gives support while allowing blood flow while you are wearing it even as tight as you can get it to go. I still have pain, bad at certain angles. Especially extending my arm out palm down and trying to push down with my fingertips. Still excruciating but better for the first time. I've been wearing it for a week and have seen more progress towards "0" pain than with any other strap over the last 3 months!!!

A Game-Changer for Elbow Pain โ Effective, Comfortable, and Built to Last
Iโve been using the ProBand BandITยฎ Therapeutic Arm Band for several months now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most effective products Iโve found for managing elbow and forearm pain. If you deal with tendonitis, tennis elbow, golferโs elbow, or repetitive strain from work or lifting, this little band is a total lifesaver. Before I found this, I had been dealing with on-and-off pain in my forearm and outer elbow for a while. Some days it was mild, and some days it made simple tasks like gripping a coffee mug or opening a door genuinely uncomfortable. I tried various braces, wraps, sleevesโyou name it. Most of them were either bulky, ineffective, or uncomfortable enough that I just didnโt want to wear them. The BandIT is in a league of its own. Hereโs what makes it different: First, the design. It doesnโt wrap your whole forearm in a tight sleeve. Instead, it uses two cushioned pads that sit directly over the extensor muscles on the outside and inside of your forearm, held in place with a single adjustable strap. The pads apply gentle, targeted pressure where itโs needed mostโwithout cutting off circulation or limiting movement. Iโve worn this during workouts, yard work, typing at my desk, and even on long days at work where Iโm constantly using my hands. It never digs in, never slips, and doesnโt cause that sweaty, restrictive feeling that a lot of compression-style braces do. The curved plastic โframeโ gives just enough structure to keep the pads aligned, and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust quickly for a snug but comfortable fit. I also like how low-profile it is. You can wear it under a sweatshirt or long sleeve without it bulging or looking awkward. I even forget Iโm wearing it half the time. Most importantlyโit works. Within a week of wearing the BandIT regularly, I noticed a real reduction in the nagging soreness that usually followed repetitive motion. Over time, itโs helped me stay active without constantly flaring up the pain. Iโm not saying itโs a miracle cure, but it gave my elbow a chance to heal without forcing me to stop doing the things I enjoy. Thatโs a big deal. The materials have held up perfectly over several months. The Velcro still grips tightly, the pads havenโt flattened or frayed, and the band shows no signs of wear despite heavy use. This isnโt one of those products you replace every couple monthsโitโs built to last. Pros: โข Instantly reduces forearm and elbow strain during activity โข Comfortable enough to wear all day โข Lightweight, breathable, and not bulky โข Easy to put on and adjust โข Durable construction and long-lasting materials โข Works with a wide range of arm sizes Cons: โข Not washable in a machineโyou have to wipe it down by hand, but thatโs minor โข It takes a few tries to find the perfect tightness and position, but once you do, itโs set Final Thoughts: The ProBand BandIT isnโt just a quick fixโitโs a long-term solution for managing chronic elbow and forearm pain. After months of use, I still reach for it every time I know Iโll be putting stress on my arms. Whether youโre lifting weights, typing all day, swinging a golf club, or just dealing with inflammation from repetitive movement, this thing delivers real relief. Itโs simple, smart, and it worksโand thatโs exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

Be patient
Cannot yet tell whether it will help. Somewhat helped, but may have overdone it playing golf. Will get some good instructions on use from physical therapist.

Just right for me
This arm band has greatly helped my Golfer's elbow condition which is an inflamed tendon on the inside of the elbow. I am not a golfer, I simply developed the condition through years of exercise, house work, computer use, etc. It had gotten so bad that I quit or avoided exercises and work that aggravated the tendons, but it never healed and it was very frustrating. I have been using the BandIT for 7 months now and the pain has all but disappeared. I wear it for lifting weights, while on the elliptical (requires push/pull action), for yard work (hedging, mowing, lifting), while painting, or any activity that requires gripping, pushing, pulling, or lifting. I have also been more diligent about simply stretching the forearm muscles (inside and outside) on a frequent basis to reduce unusual sustained pulling on the tendons and I believe that has helped too. The BandIT is easily adjusted, and can be quickly tightened or loosened depending on the activity. I am an average sized female with slender arms. As directed, I adjusted the compressors so they are equal distance apart when fitted on my arm, and wear the band about an inch below my elbow. It provides just the right amount of compression in just the right place to reduce the stress on the tendon. It is not a tourniquet and shouldn't be worn such! It almost never slips down my arm under normal use. To keep it clean, I cut a pair of old socks to make a 3 inch wide fabric band that I wear under the BandIT, and even over it if I don't want the outside to get dirty during yardwork or painting. I have several fabric bands and as such my BandIT really doesn't need to be washed because it stays so clean; I just wash the fabric bands frequently. Sock bands provide extra comfort, prevent sweatiness, and the BandIT actually looks kind a cute with sock bands! The Velcro hasn't worn out yet and it has never snagged my clothing. I have no other armband to compare it to; it's the only one I've ever tried. I will definitely buy another if ever this one wears out because it has provided substantial pain relief and allowed me to resume full activities/work. Golfer's elbow, like many forms of tendinosis, is easily aggravated and I will continue to wear the BandIT as needed to protect against re-injury. This has been a very therapeutic device for me and I highly recommend it for Golfer's elbow recovery and re-injury prevention.

Worth it! Donโt cheap out
Iโm an arena rigger and tower climber, so my tendons are always stressed out due to over exhaustion, this band is amazing! I normally settle for the cheap stuff but this is soo so worth it, I just used it for 12 hours straight climbing towers and lifting ridiculous heavy steel and my arm before the band it was feeling extremely fatigued I was worried about working and wearing this I had no problems and I also had it really tight and had no problems

Does not stay in position!
This band seems to relieve the pain when playing tennis, but the inside material of the band that has contact with the skin is a sweat magnet, which causes it to slip down the arm. The only time it doesn't happen is on a cold day or when it's worn over another clothing layer.

Expelliarmus? Expelli-Elbow-Pain!
These things are pure witchcraft! I am absolutely gobsmacked at the instant pain relief. I was genuinely dubious about this helping at all. It's a lot of money to take a risk on, but I'm so glad I did. I haven't been able to play badminton for about 2 months because of the extreme pain in my elbow, so imagine my surprise when I strapped this on and hit the shuttlecock. Nothing. No pain! Incredible. I was even able to smash the shuttle and play proper matches. Your tendon will still feel sore afterwards โ there's no escaping that โ and it's probably best to start whatever exercises are needed to help the underlying problem. But honestly, I am so happy to be able to play my favourite sport again, and for me the price is completely justified.

This product WORKS!!!
This product is as advertised. The customer reviews are spot on. The BandIT starts to compress immediatley based on the starp strength you select. It WORKS!!! You wont be disappointed. I keep this product in my golf bag, and I will be purchasing another one for work. The only drawback is when you sweat, It will slide a little bit. But overall, great product!!
