Uni Power Tank Ballpoint Pen - 0.7 mm - Blue Body - Blue Ink

I love this pen. It writes reliably without skipping. I am a nurse and I use a pen constantly and 90% of the time I’m writing on surfaces that aren’t normal paper...lab labels, paper towels, wound dressings, etc. this pen writes on everything. My favorite part of this pen is that the ink doesn’t smudge at all!! I have never ever had a pen with ink that doesn’t smudge after writing on a lab label but by golly this one does! The writing is sharp and precise, which I like. As others have said it’s not the boldest or brightest ink. For me that is definitely a fair trade off for clean precise writing with zero smudging!

The Power Tanks by uniball are the best ink pens to write from any angle and they are smooth with no skipping, blobbing or smudging. Best all around pen I’ve ever used. I really like that now you can get them in the .7 and not just the 1.0 tip. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this pen.

Great pen. Works no matter what.

I purchased two pens. After scribbling with each of them for awhile to get the ink flowing, one of the two worked. The ink in the other one cut in and out after several tries to get the ink flow going. Compared to my other pen favorites (Fisher Pens, Zebra x 701, & Tombow Air-Press) for pressurized ink, this pen isn't as good, but it is also the least expensive of all I've seen and used. The one pen that did work had a decent and smooth ink flow, and worked well.

I have had this pen for months now, and i use it for writing in bed while i'm lying down. Not once has it skipped. My hand has never cramped up from holding the pen (Perfect size for my hand). There has never been a buildup of ink on the end of the pen (that really annoys me). In other words the PERFECT PEN. ABSOLUTELY, UNQUESTIONABLY, TOTALLY worth the money.

I love this pen, I just wished there were blue refills with multiple refills like the black ink ones.

Can write with pen upright. Does the job. However the print is so faint that hard to read.

I bought this refillable pressurized pen that writes upside down to work sudoku puzzles in bed in the evenings. I don't actually write upside down but sideways, and all of my other ballpoint pens would stop feeding ink so I could not finish my puzzles without a lot of hassle. This pen has no problem keeping up no matter what position I hold it in. The only change I will make is to purchase a refill with a 1.0 mm tip for when I've used up this 0.7 mm tip because the ink line is much narrower than the ball point and I can't see as well as I used to. The price seems good for a refillable pen with this feature, too.

普通のボールペンは寝ながら上を向くとインクがでなくなります。 でも、パワータンクはインクの芯内の圧力が高いようで、寝ながら上向きで書いてもインクが出ます！ それに、書き味が良いです。 私はシャーペンよりもボールペンを良く使うので、ボールペンには昔からいろいろなものを試していますが、これが今のところコスパ的にべストですね。 たまたま青色の評価ですが、黒、赤も同様です。

Great pen with good grip, writing capability, and smooth ink. Ink is not sloppy, or too wet looking. Nice fine tip for small area size writing.

I honestly believe this pen has the best refill for writing wishes on cards. Other pens, being ballpoint or fountain, don't work for me when it comes to writing on card; they either produce wider and unintresting line than on regular paper or have increased drag that inhibits writing and sometimes leads to spelling error, as pen is slower than normally. This refill (0.7 point) I find to be excellent. Writes consistently and smoothly without drag. I have also tried Tombow multipen refill and Kuretake lettering felt tip pen to write on cards but this refill beats then two. I tried many pens to write on card and only above mentioned gave me writing that did not end up in card being thrown to scrap. Card are truly different to write on (at least for me) and you need a pen that handles that well. Regular excellent writing options failed. This pen with the refill will of course write nicely on any other paper and even in extreme conditions being pressurised. Hope Uni won't stop making this. I soon be hacking to addapt this refill to fit standard rollerball pen, as I'm not a fan of plastic pens at all.
